I joined a gym a few years ago Fitness 19. I recently moved. I was so busy with the move I forgot to cancel my membership. Long story short they won’t let me cancel unless I come in and fill out a cancellation letter. They won’t email me the letter either.
Has anyone else had this problem. What can I do ?
