Hi everyone, got a question about full body workouts. Don’t think this is against the rules but feel free to delete if so. I’ve seen people say that full body workouts (bench, bent over rows, military press, squat, deadlift) 3x a week is a super effective approach to bulking. I’ve never kept strictly to these compound movements and always tried to work in other movements too usually following push/pull/legs. Are there downsides to following just the full body split and abandoning these other exercises in a push/pull/legs (flyes/pulldowns etc) or are these iso exercises really not needed as some people seem to love doing just full body workouts? Thanks ✌️
