Hello Gym community, I’ve finally brought myself to understand that neglecting legs has gone for too long now and I want to readjust my routine. For the past few months I’ve been running a PP split, with the only leg workouts being calf raises and deadlifts (which don’t even really hit quads), and I’ve only had 2-3 actual leg days in the past few months (I know). How can I fix my schedule to have a balanced weekly routine, but still sticking to only 4-5 days of training a week? What does a good leg day workout look like? I’m embarrassed of having skinny legs, and a decent upper, so I’m ready and motivated to change my routine.
