Everytime I go to the gym I always bring my 1 gallon water bottle with glutamine fx and bcaa fx. I’m also a woman who has periods. Is it safe to take these gym supplements with my midol teen pill in my water? My midol teen has acetaminophen and i’m scared it will affect me if I put other supplements in it.
